we accept payment at time of pick up cash or card. We also accept prepayment online.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on unopened /unused kits but not on custom products. Please contact regarding any issues with product as I strive for 100% satisfaction!
How long until my DIY kit is ready for pick up?
Most items are ready between 24 -48 hours during regular season. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks but vary depending on project. If you questions regarding your DIY kit please feel free to call us. Orders may take a bit longer during holiday season.
Do you have in stock kits to choose from?
We try keep a stock of seasonal kits for walk in purchase or creation. Please feel free to stop by and see what we have available.
